Creamy Jalapeño Dip – The Ultimate Spicy & Tangy Dipping Sauce!

If you’re a fan of bold flavors and a little heat, this Creamy Jalapeño Dip is about to become your new go-to sauce! It’s rich, tangy, and packed with just the right amount of spice. The combination of zesty tomatillo sauce, pickled jalapeños, and fresh cilantro gives it a bright and fresh kick that pairs perfectly with everything from tacos to chips.

This dip is ridiculously easy to make - just mix, chill, and enjoy! It’s the perfect dipping sauce for my Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tacos or a flavorful drizzle over nachos, burgers, or even salads.

Ingredients
2 ½ cups mayonnaise
1 ¼ cups buttermilk
½ packet dry ranch seasoning
1 cup chopped pickled jalapeños (from a jar)
2 tbsp jalapeño juice (from the jar)
1 cup tomatillo sauce
1 oz fresh cilantro, chopped
How to Make Creamy Jalapeno Dip
Step 1: Blend & Mix
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
2. Stir in the chopped jalapeños, jalapeño juice, tomatillo sauce, and cilantro until well combined.
Step 2: Chill & Serve
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld. Highly reccomend making a day before for best flavor.
4. Give it a quick stir before serving.

Make Ahead & Storage
Make ahead: This dip tastes even better after a few hours in the fridge, best a day in advance - so feel free to prepare it ahead of time!
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
