Easy Meal Prep Ground Turkey Bowls

Directions


  1. Sauté the onions in a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes, until slightly softened.

2. Add the diced bell peppers and jalapeno, and saute for another 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

4. Season with salt, pepper, and Weber’s Garlic Jalapeno Seasoning. Stir occasionally and cook until the turkey is fully browned and no longer pink.

5. Serve over quinoa and brown rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.

6. Customize for the kids - Our girls love adding shredded Mexican cheese, and we sometimes top our bowls with chunks of avocado for extra creaminess.
